Welcome to C.E. Williams Middle School For Creative And Scientific Arts
C.E. Williams Middle School for Creative and ScientificArts (CEWMS) believes in the unique abilities and talents of all students. In order to develop these talents, we provide high-level instruction and various opportunities in the fine arts, national and local clubs and organizations, athletics and various academic competitions. Our students can earn high school credits in English, Algebra 1, Keyboarding, Computer Applications, and Spanish before leaving middle school. In addition, we have received awards for both Academic Achievement and Closing the Achievement Gap from the state.
CEWMS is a District 10 Constituent Magnet School. Membership is based on one of the following three criteria:
1) Students who live in the CEWMS attendance zone.
2) Students who attend Ashley River Creative Arts Elementary School & St. Andrew’s Math and Science Elementary School are automatically invited to attend.
3) Magnet seats which are available through application.
CEWMS is truly a dynamic school and its faculty and staff strive to provide the best experience possible for students. As we always say, “It’s a great day to be a Mustang!”
