Mrs. Fennessey, 8th Grade and 6B Counselor
My name is Kim Fennessey.  I am excited for the beginning of another school year at C.E. Williams Middle School for Creative and Scientific Arts!  I will be providing academic, personal, and career counseling to Team 6B and 8th Grade students through individual counseling, small groups, and classroom guidance sessions.  My primary goal is to help support the 6th graders as they transition into middle school and help the 8th graders with their transition to high school.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Social Work concentration from Roanoke College in Virginia and my Master of Arts in Elementary and Secondary Counselor Education from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  I am a certified Global Career Development Facilitator. The past sixteen years I have served as a school counselor in several high schools and middle schools throughout Charleston County.  Three of those years I spent training and supporting Charleston County School District counselors with the implementation of the Education and Economic Development Act. This is my fifth year at C.E. Williams Middle School.

I look forward to working with your child throughout the 2017-2018 school year!  Please contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.  My office is located in the Guidance Suite.  I can be reached between 7:00-3:30 p.m. at 843-763-5958 or via e-mail:
