Our Principal's Message

Mr. Kevin L. Smith

Educator and author, Richard Dufour stated, "The fundamental purpose for school is learning, not teaching." With that in mind, we are "relentlessly focused on learning." Our core values are included in the acronym "P.R.I.D.E." which stands for Prepared, Respect, Integrity, Determined, and Engaged. When a student exhibits these five characteristics, they will experience great success in school and in life.

We provide not only academic learning but also we engage students with lessons on social emotional learning and math and reading adaptive software to meet their individual learning pathways.

We encourage students to be readers and engage in our student organizations. We want our families to support us and provide feedback and suggestions on how we can meet the needs of our school community.
